About the Firm
Joseph A. Giralamo III founded his practice in 1996. Prior to earning his law degree in 1995, Mr. Giralamo, a Certified Public Accountant since 1992, spent several years in public accounting where he provided tax and management consulting services for various clients. Today, Mr. Giralamo’s area of expertise is in real estate and corporate law, with an emphasis on taxation. Mr. Giralamo has provided consulting and legal services to several property managers, general contractors, appraisers, mortgage brokers and realtors in Chicago and the western suburbs. When not spending time with his family, Mr. Giralamo volunteers his time as a manager of one of the local baseball teams, as well as serving on the board of directors of a local not-for-profit organization.
